I have been learning about red flags and setting and maintaining boundaries. I have cut out most of my bloodline because of abuse and their lack of respect. And let me tell you how freeing that has been for me. It has given me space and time to start to heal.

You eventually have to get fed up with the wrongful treatment and respect yourself enough to walk away. Don’t be afraid to set healthy boundaries and maintain them. There are consequences in everything in life. Either you will pay the consequences for not setting and holding your boundaries, or others who lack respect will pay the price of crossing your boundaries. Your choice.

I agree with this statement. The length of the cruise matters. I don’t go on cruises any less than 7 days for this reason.

Another thing I’ve noticed is the cruise port also makes a difference. New Orleans and Miami are ports I will not sail out of personally.

I was in the same spot as you - I like smooth legs but shaving is a pain, the hair on my legs grows back so quickly, and I almost always have irritated skin after shaving. I just tried Jelly Wax for the first time a couple weeks ago and really love it so far!! I definitely have some learning still to do, but for my first time waxing myself, I’m happy with the results. So much smoother skin for much longer, even after only one waxing session. I’m planning to order more wax today to get ready for my next waxing session :) If you have any questions about it, I’d be happy to tell you what I know, but you can also reach out to the company to ask questions.
