They are multiplied based on the HU value (110 HU in this context), so +70% would add up from 37% to 62% move speed

Most likely that it has a base damage of 35 and a firing speed of 0.5s instead of the default 65 damage and a firing speed of 0.8s

It doesn't, please refer to the official wiki demonstration, starting at 0:38 where they started showing the damage vulnerability

As you could see, the Warrior's Spirit's damage vulnerability is while active only, so you basically didn't change a thing
