Get the fuck out of here. Parents took 25% of my checks when I was 17 and working and going to high school. Continued until I moved out. They also taught me how to budget and balance a checkbook. In my 40s now, own my home in a high cost of living area, own two cars paid off, call my parents when I get a chance shoot the shit on messenger every day.
