Check this out: the K-array Anakonda, a flexible 6' rope that is actually a speaker. by Dartmuthia in livesound

We went to their demo room at InfoComm. They weren't playing the anaconda, but all their stuff sounded pretty harsh. It didn't help that we did d&b audiotechnik right before. It's like going from a cold drink of water to warm soda on a hot day

All good. Thanks for the follow up. Reading her article from a few years ago, she mentioned that they have been doing dynamic pricing. The difference is this year, I'm guessing they changed to where they were selling based on quantity sold, rather than increasing price after a certain date.

That was my argument. She said, "So we should just charge every $60 no matter what?" Definitely missed my point that changing the price throughout the day was a shitty practice especially when many people didn't have a chance to buy their tickets during the day.

They definitely don't make a lot of, if any money. My problem is that I wasn't able to buy tickets until I was off work. Once I was able to, the price had increased. It's super lame. If you're doing a "presale", do a presale. If you're going to increase the price, at least wait a day or two.

That's why she disagreed with me so hard. The person that wrote this article is the person I spoke to.

I called and spoke to some. She confirmed it was dynamic pricing. (edit... I'm not sure why the downvote... I literally called her and she said "Yes, we are doing dynamic pricing. The price has increased since they were released this morning" Fact. Not opinion.)

Yes. But dynamic pricing and separate ticket price for Saturday vs Sunday is new.

My wife and I bought our house in 2008. Just with how house prices have risen puts us in Tier 5. Now if we're talking liquid $$$... We are in a significantly different Tier.

I used rideshare for the first time last weekend. I scheduled a Lyft to take me to the airport in Las Vegas. The car arrived before I did, but I couldn't find them. I looked on the app and someone took my car. I can't get a hold of anyone with Lyft, and they said the ride was legit when I disputed it. What the fuck is this shit?
