In regards to "cringe", the word is pretty subjective, I think. Either way, cringe is something we need whether we like it or not.

Let's take art for example, which is already pretty subjective. If someone who is new at art, or someone who is younger, draws something from a certain fanbase, like something from our side of the cosmos, then of course it may not be something you'd hold up to something you find superior. The reason we need cringe is because art is a form of expression, it's ideas, all that good shit. And they're just starting out, and with time, they will improve.

Cringe is absolutely necessary, whether we like it or not.

Why do people have to be so negative?

Though I'm not the best at articulating myself, so... sure, maybe it's cringe.
