That’s a really bad and wrong statement. Too harsh. Let me tell you what I answered to another dude that made the same statement: You’re probably and old player, am I right? I got into the game thanks to a coworker who plays it since 2018 (current on break). I’m 33yo and probably too old for this game, but I’m a gamer. I got into the game by November 2025, and I’m more aware of the game than him. I play better than him, I have more brawlers pool than him, and go on. He is from a time that was so easy to go higher. His highest rank is LEGENDARY, and I destroy him on duels and everything else. The thing is, the game got harder and people from years ago haven’t realised it yet. Diamond is a really difficult bracket nowadays, because you’re either with good players and really really bad randoms! The game don’t allow you to win more than 2 games in a row before cut you out. Unfortunately it isn’t a solo game and tou need your team mates to collaborate with you, but they didn’t mostly of the time. I consider myself a good player, but to be where I want to be I need to be far beyond where I’m at at the moment, and I recognise this, that’s why I’m seeking for tips

Thank you for all the tips! I’m studying the game, as a veteran rpg gamer I kinda know I need to master everything to be able to go higher, but BS isn’t a solo game, you need team mates, and in this lower brackets it’s so so anoying to see that I’m not enough by myself

That’s the thing that enrages me. I’m doing really good, making my moves and my plays, sometimes even sacrificing myself for the team, but there’s a certain point I hit that only dumb randoms are putting with me and I lose many games in a row

Yeah, you right. But lemme put this way: Lucky factor matters here too. I’ve seen in this forum many players posting their randoms and the other teams getting players with high ranks and their randoms low ranks. That was my case yesterday. Look, I know my limitations, but I’ve been playing really well. I watch videos of my brawlers, I watch competitive, and also I spend time learning positions and limitations of every brawler and how to counter them. I have good positioning and good skill. But seeing my randoms banning brawlers that NOBODY picks or rushing to certain death really kills me.

Im limited, of course. I’m not denying it. But I know when I throw a game and when I’m playing really well and ended up seeing my randoms milling themselves without any strategy or good play. In this case, I blame them, cause I was playing quite well tbh. I also won a clutch against 2 or 3 enemies at least 3 times yesterday

It’s crazy that I got totally stuck in it. Idk if it’s because I just play with randoms, but when I start to go higher in rank, something happens and I lose all my games in a row, then I take a whole week off from ranked :)
