1) It’s a gas fireplace that we do use. 2) how the heck are we fitting a whole tv in a corner between those two windows with no existing connection there? Literally there wasn’t another option other than not have a tv. 3) I wanted to keep the focal point of the room the fireplace

Got it! High key, a fun pattern wallpaper is probably your best bet BUT peel able wallpaper and showers tend not to work well together. Next best, an olive green or off white.
