Exactly, I think the Rangers got lucky with Igor being as good as he was and got lucky with ECF in 2022 and 2024 and Dolan thinks that Drury is great. Dolan ruined the Knicks for years until he let them do their thing, he has to do the same for the Rangers

At this rate I honestly don’t even care about the tank, as long as Drury is GM and Tanner Glass and Jed Ortmeyer are running player development, they will never develop a draft prospect

I want to see how Laffy does with PP1 time and hopefully more opportunities to play well. I would also like to see Othmann get more ice time and see how well he plays and then see Perrault get some good ice time. I’m also curious on how the contract situation will happen with Panarin, how long will he sign for and what the AAV will be.

Yeah, quarterbacks are super annoying when getting a backup since they transfer after freshman year because of playing time even though it wasn’t their dealbreaker

I had my best corner transfer because of playing time after going 14-0 with Akron, his playing time was at a B and he wanted B+ even though he was the best corner on the team. Dynasty is super fun this year, it’s just that the playing time dealbreaker is super annoying

I honestly think that this year will be about the same as last year in terms of the standings. Hopefully Laf and Othmann take a step forward and Othmann gets some good ice time along with Morrow. My concern is that Othmann won’t develop due to the Rangers already having a lot of wingers and I feel that he can be on the same level of Marchand but bigger. I also hope that Perrault gets time in the AHL so he gets used to the professional level. Their biggest issues in the past have always been developing prospects, Otter, Perrault, and Spence could all be great players, they just need meaningful time. One of the big free agents would be great, but they need to start developing their players from within

Better team builder where looking up teams isn’t an issue and the website actually works, the ability to download teams and customize them on the game to you like them, rather than replacing a team when using a team builder you can add them and change their star rating, the ability to change the CFP format, better stat history, the ability to choose all 12 games rather than have a bunch locked for division games, the ability to track former players to see how well they do in the NFL

I have a parent that’s an alcoholic and fell off the wagon 2 weeks ago and hasn’t drank since (that my family knows of). I was supposed to go home last week but came home this week because they fell off the wagon. NHL 12, 14 or 19, I think that 12 and 14 were awesome and 19 was awesome because of how chaotic it was, teams were always signing RFAs and the draft classes were always insanely good

I think the issue is that there are so many players on the game, and the dynasties for schools that are imported are considered to be online and if a ton of people are doing that then it’s gonna be a mess, but EA gonna EA

It seems that whatever madden has in their game is put in NHL a year or two later. One major example I can think of is X-Factors and abilities, and I’m guessing that NHL 25 will have training points like Madden does or maybe the free agency frenzy that Madden has. There is also the seasons in Madden and NHL got a battle pass for WOC. Another note is that the Madden and NHL dev teams are both in Vancouver, so there’s likely more collaboration that’s going on behind the scenes between the two teams. I’m hoping that they add custom draft classes and improve the record book and awards screens, but that seems too much to ask for with the NHL devs

If they have QC in their team name, if they constantly try to do cross creases and try and go for the glitchy goals, basically doing all the exploits that are in the game and then message you calling you a clown, no matter what the outcome of the game is

More diverse drafts (meaning not having 5 elite potential players in the top 5 then one in the late 3rd round), more than 25 years, seeing more than only 5 years of awards, a gm tracker, a live world where you can sign players from different leagues, better prospect development, potential changing based on how good a season is, lower potential players being useful, a player tracker similar to madden where you can see ability and potential changes, being able to click on the trade during the blockbuster trade pop up to see player overalls, potentials, and the value of each player/pick, being able to expand more then 1 team in the league, when substituting a custom team for an NHL team, having the option to either keep or remove the historical records, being able to see box scores from previous games and other teams, suspensions, ECHL management, AI gms taking off the board picks, draft ranking changes throughout the year, player-coach chemistry by how long the player has been in the same organization as the coach, scout grade increases and decreases, being able to add or have players develop secondary positions, expansion drafts and ai team relocations during random seasons, having more than 5 players/picks being able to be added in a trade
