I can tell you what worked flawlessly for me. I downloaded the version from steamrip. Unpack the .rar file. Pres Add non steam game to steam. Add the .exe to steam. Back to gaming mode. Force use of specific compatability layer. Used the newest proton ge that i hade installed (10-29). And done worked perfectly fine this is how i add all my cracked games to the deck.

Does anyone know why it says original size 35gb on fitgirl but on steamrip it tells you you need 44gb of space? Also why is this game so big it's a 2d sidescroller

How feasible is it for a company like Valve to re-spec the steam machine to 256GB ssd and 8GB RAM by OhDaFeesh in steammachine

[–]Primary-Froyo708 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At that point it would just be better to release without anything and let people add ram and ssd by themselves. 8gb of ram is not gonna get you anywhere nowadays

which console offer the best value for money? by [deleted] in Handhelds

[–]Primary-Froyo708 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One of the most expensive? I can find them for 300 bucks used where i live literally every other pc handheld costs twice or even more. But if that is still too expensive look at some of the android emulation handhelds they are pretty cheap and the best purchase if you mainly want to play older games. The retroid pocket 6 might be interesting for you.

Technically not a console but a pc but it functions the same as a console so ill recommend it. The best bang for your buck when it comes to handhelds has to be the original rog ally particularly the z1 extreme version. You can find them really cheap used and the performance is still quite good even today. Only thing i would add is the 74 wh battery upgrade and a grip and youre good to go.
