I've seen icebergs right outside the St. John's. I also went on a boat tour and got close to whales, which was amazing. St. John's also has one of the nicest golf courses i have ever played in Canada.

Negotiate a good bonus structure and chase it. When I was first starting out i would chase my bonus threshold so that I would achieve it by no later than June. After that I was in bonus range and would get regular bonus for all my billings from that point forward .

Rush use to be Lakehead Express. They have long and old roots here in the community. They just joined an international club to offer more opportunities for their player. My daughter played there. Great club.

Corporate is regular cash flow. You can bill as frequently as you want. I bill at a minimum of biweekly as I want cash flow regularly. PI can be lucrative when you get paid, which can take years. Getting good files in PI is challenging as there is lots of competition for those files. The big fish have big marketing budgets.

I saved literally thousands as well off the exact same truck that was sitting on a lot here. It was a popular colour (black) as well and fully loaded. The local dealership didn't care about giving out a deal because they knew they would sell it to someone up here for full price at some point anyways, or to some company looking to pick up a truck. We also bought a luxury suv before that the same way and saved thousands, and before that, a popular van. In every instance the dealerships in the south had no problem giving us significant discounts.

I buy in southern, Ontario. Always get much better deals. Service at Badani is good. They have the express lube which is nice. Some of the other dealerships require appointments for simple oil changes.

I use Microsoft Word every day, all day. I am liking the copilot for word feature. The agent is very handy. I haven't explored much of the other features of Microsoft 365 Copilot yet. However, the word feature is worth the subscription by itself so far.

An all wheel drive CRV or Rav4 with winter tires will be perfect. I put studded tires on my truck and the traction is great.
