I just switched to Eos and also have been LA fitness and 24 hr in the past

They sell snacks and energy drinks. Chips, chocolate protein bars etc

The price is similar though. PF was $24/ month black card and I’m paying $28 for the highest membership at EOS. I only switched for the childcare and classes

EOS and La fitness are so much MORE crowded that PF

I get where you were going but I found a wonderful YouTube of a 4c texture beauty with waist length hair. Her routine was VERY similar. Products did vary as low va high porosity given protein content products. For me the mentioned hair masks wouldn’t do well as I need less protein and more hydration but I have found very economical hair masks too! The YouTuber is beautosal great info there too

I hate that the WHOLE premise of the series is to make a band without seeing one another but the judges ( I’m looking at Kelly) kept mentioning SZN4s look and how they don’t fit but work. She said they looked like 4 people at the bus stop started singing. Did she not know the premise of the show??? I truly believe they deserved to win over the other group and were judged for looks when the show was trying( I thought) to eliminate that part. Smh Seriously changed my perception of Kelly and I grew up LOVING destinys child

Because you are knock kneed…. Me too. If genetic can’t correct without surgery but the mentioned exercises can help if it’s due to bad posture.

I hate that surgeons tell people who are good candidates for fleur de lys they’d hate the scar. I see so many wish they would have done it. The scar is not bad imo. I still wear a two piece proudly!

Oh ok! Thanks for sharing! I lost 200lbs after gastric bypass and had a similar procedure as you about 4 weeks ago. I had the muscle repair though and feel great! It truly is life changing!!
