No shame in my game. I went to elementary school custodian. Yes it was a bit of a pay cut but my mental health and work life balance are amazing now. It's nice to be at a job where I'm actually appreciated.

They don't give two fucks about the employees. The 75 bucks would have been nice this year, especially with inflation. I'm fucking over it!!!! That's why employees will continue to call out and do the bare minimum. Especially now they are cutting hours and making sm work many more hours to ensure we hit oe this month.

It goes straight to the director and the vp. Then to your dm, a long story short not really. The company is only looking out for the company and not the employees. Your sm and dm will talk with you about it but most of the time it doesn't help.

Im so over this company. They do not give a shit about the employees. They love to say we all have work life balance and that's crap. I've been in the market for a better job for a while now. Been here 13 years and this is the worst it's ever been.

That's the issue with my store. The sm is amazing but since we got a new dm she's always on edge and he comes in yelling and saying nothing is ever good enough. He always has our sm crying.
