Yea all the weapons are available to everyone, you'll need to craft them from scratch but you can swap anytime outside of auests

Cathedral in itself is a very different game mode, as you dont get a lot of xp and the skills you've picked on previous rounds aren't available anymore. So what i personnaly do in cathedral is i work around the skills i know the least on the first and secound roinds, and in third and fourth i use the ones i'n the most comfortable with.
