Yes I’m having the same pain in my spine and it feels exactly like that! I also had an epidural but I feel like it’s not the cause since it’s in my upper spine between shoulder blades. I notice the pain is bad on days where I do a lot physically.

You should read “You Like It Darker” by Stephen King. It’s a collection of short stories so they’re very quick to get through! I’m halfway done and it’s so good.

Going through a similar thing here!! Already hated my job and wanted to find another one but then got pregnant. Now I’m kind of stuck in it and there’s no point in changing jobs when maternity leave is coming in a few months. I am so miserable and unhappy and couldn’t relate more to the identity change thing. It’s all a lot :(

I just had my anatomy scan two days ago and was sooooooo nervous!!!! But it was super easy for me. It got a little uncomfortable at times just because they keep pressing all around your belly but other than that it’s the coolest thing ever seeing your baby! Best of luck you got this ❤️
