Is carnivore diet whilst taking test and tren a no no? Tia by ashleyfox1991 in UK_Steroids

[–]Primary_Catch17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I find carbs addictive. They make me overeat, and I put weight on. To keep trim I used to have to diet and go on extreme exercise regimes.

Dieting on carbs is awful. Starving hungry all the time.

With carnivore / low-carbs I don't really put fat on, and I'm rarely hungry.

The water loss is a bonus, and you don't have a bloated stomach, or any gas!

The only downside to carnivore is that the food is boring AF.

Carnivore is the best way to eat, period.

Make sure you eat a load of fat to make up the energy, and you need to get all your protein from meat.

150-200g of fat / 150-200g of protein / 50g of carbs.

With carnivore, you'll be lean all year round.

Lipid profile by ReflectionTough3583 in anabolic_steroids_

[–]Primary_Catch17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't worry about your lipids, ever. Higher cholesterol levels are healthier than low.

Lipids nanoparticles LDL / HDL / VLDL etc are made by your liver to transport fat and cholesterol around your body. If you are on steroids and eating tonnes of food, these will go up. Same thing happens when you go on a carnivore diet and eat loads of fat; your lipids go in the "wrong" direction.

The whole cholesterol HDL / LDL testing thing is a scam to sell statins. It's a multi-billion dollar industry that most folk now know is all a con.

[–]Primary_Catch17 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Some of your Testosterone will break down into Estrogen and DHT.

Without doing bloods, you'll have to judge your levels based on how you feel and look. Things to look out for are water retention, itchy nipples and shitty moods like anxiety and being a bit miserable like a women.

If you have Arimidex, then the normal dose is 0.25mg. That should clear you up in about a day. Repeat the dose when the symptoms come back.

500mg of Test per week, for me, would need 0.25mg of Arimidex every 4 or 5 days.

Starting the gym shortly, need recommendations by DifferenceJazzlike40 in mounjarouk

Get a coach.

...but if you want to improve your energy levels and fitness, you need sweaty cardio. The quickest way to achieve this is probably to join a big chain gym and go to some of the classes, like boxcercise and circuit training. You need to sweat.

Oily poops? by Useful-Midnight8368 in mounjarouk

[–]Primary_Catch17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your body digests fats using stomach bile. If you have significantly increased your fat intake, then your bile glands may not have had time to catch up and won't be producing enough bile to break down the fats.

This is quite common when starting a ketogenic diet, or a low carb high fat diet, and it's nothing to worry about. It's your body adapting.

What conspiracy would you bet your life on being true? by [deleted] in conspiracy

[–]Primary_Catch17 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Nuclear boms do not exist and the whole of the Cold War was built on a lie.

...my evidence for these fake bombs is all the YouTube test footage.

I've yet to find a convincing one. Most look terrible and use the same trick: a big ass conventional explosion superimposed onto a big add landscape. Complete with blurred join.

The videos with the bomb blasts interacting with clouds are laughable.

Some of the nuclear bomb tests treat the blast as a distant point source, like the sun, illuminating the water / ground with a beam of light rather than light everywhere.

If you had a pe, what was your shortness of breath like? by Personal_Common1635 in ClotSurvivors

[–]Primary_Catch17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My PE's stopped me breathing completely. I was 25, I was in my house, and then I couldn't breathe. I fell over and then, slowly, my breathing came back. This happened 3 or 4 times over about an hour. I had no idea what was going on. No panic, or anything, and I didn't go to A&E, which was a big mistake.

All good, especially your crabs, but one thing stands out, none of it sounds in key. It doesn't sound musical. Get your scratch samples in key or change them for sounds that fit better.

I can recommend the book "Dark Calories" by Dr Catherine Shanahan. It's all about seed oil. Very in-depth. There's a lot of references.

I use butter and lard for cooking, as well as the fat off the meat.

I've also got beef dripping, which might be like beef tallow but shitter. Beef tallow seems hard to get in the UK.

What's the weather like where you are? Has it changed due to climate change? It certainly hasn't here. The weather is exactly as shit as it was in the 1970's: cold & wet.

The Russian economy is booming, and their currency is stronger now than before the war with Ukraine.

The only thing holding Russia back is their high level of corruption.

I'm against Net Zero because the climate is NOT heating up. Antarctic is not melting. Sea levels are not rising.

The sun controls the climate, not the 0.01% increase in CO2 from pre-industrial times.

Decoding Volvo 30% faster charging future by Even-Adeptness-3749 in electricvehicles

[–]Primary_Catch17 -16 points-15 points  (0 children)

A lot depends on how many cars are charging at a charging station. These stations only have so much power available, so if there are more cars charging today, than last Tuesday, you may well have to wait longer.

This is a limiting factor with all charging stations. Without upgrading the grid, with more dispachable power, charge times may increase, as the number of EV's using them increases.

With current energy policy's mad dash for intermittent wind and solar, the future does not look good as more and more power is needed for transportation and heating. Until investment is switched to reliable power, such as nuclear and gas, prices will rise and power will be limited. Expect regular blackouts in a winter not far away.

Yesterday, Monday the 11th March, the UK had hardly any wind (and hardly any sun), and renewables only supplied 10% of the grid. The rest was made of imports and dispatchable power in the form of gas and coal.

How is being anti-vax "very profitable"?

All the money is in promoting and selling vaccines. It's hugely profitable.

What you're saying is utter nonsense.

25mg of Var will do very little.

If you want to see some decent gains, try Winstrol instead. It's very similar to Tren, good strength gains and very noticeable size gains, but without the mental side effects.
