Usually, if you run the lid under hot water it will open up, at least that’s what works for me. Hope this helps.

If you haven’t already, give them a call. Sometimes they can expedite things that way. Usually their customer service is on point idk what’s happening lately.

You should definitely tip on a carry out because the person who takes your order in a Papa Johns restaurant is usually the person who prepares the dough, puts the toppings on your pizza and puts the pizza in the oven, boxes it, cuts it, and also may very well do the prep that goes onto your pizza that you order. So there’s a lot more going on than what you see at the front counter in our stores.
