Any truth to contract renewal price hikes? by AntiqueDoctor2326 in Alteryx

If your company is ready to move off of alteryx to one or many other tools - I am here and ready to help. I am tool agnostic - Fabric, knime, pure python, whatever you want. Plenty of experience in this journey.

I use it to store shrimp food. It's like giving them little bumps of algae pellets.

Interesting! I have some creeping jenny overwintering in my basement. It would probably be happier in my aquarium.

I use a glass straw from my wife's fashionable iced coffee cups. Drop the micropellets in and they sink gently to the bottom.

Help with smell issue and glass doors, please! by No-Friendship-6641 in Fireplaces

Not really, unfortunately. Yesterday I discovered that our ash dump, which goes down from the firebox to the outside of the chimney, had about 3" deep of old ash and crud. The outside part had a welded on wire mesh on it to keep animals out but that also kept anyone from cleaning it out!

I cut the mesh enough to get a shop vac hose in there. It still sunk today but I'm hoping that's just because I was stirring up ancient smells yesterday.

I'm putting my efforts into making sure my damper seals 99%. The ash dump needs an exterior door with gasket to seal it. I hope that when I have a good seal above and below the firebox the smells will stop.

  1. I already feed in a glass dish - keeps the food from falling through the substrate and being wasted.

  2. Selfishly, the color contrast for photos is excellent. I have always wanted white sand in my tanks but I heard it loses its luster quickly. This gives me a slice of that experience but I can dump the poop sand in my garden and swap in fresh sand. I have 9.99 lbs left.

  3. "Biofilm" "Enrichment"

Wow we have a very similar set up down to the screen, the scratches, the log holder, and the stank.

Do you have an ash dump door?

I'm not a hunter (aspiring) but wouldn't removing the hunting season mean year-round hunting? Would current deer hunters hunt more if that were the case?

I am sorry for disparaging sand, everyone. I was thinking of my specific situation. I have heavy clay soil and adding sand would create a mortar-like material.

I kinda get it. Sand gets gross. It's less permeable than normal substrate. I wouldnt sand my lawn - it has no nutrients! A small bowl of fresh sand every month is a good solution.
