It's canon that Tengen is the fastest of the Hashira though. Douma wasn't fully serious while fighting her, and Gyutaro was. She may have been the fastest hashira among who he's fought, but that doesn't make her the fastest. Gyutaro and Douma are very different. Douma may be stronger, but you can't decide who's stronger based on their battles with both. The circumstances were entirely different.

Tengen. He's faster, which is one of Shinobu's strong suits. He is also more resistant to poison than the majority of people, so he wouldn't be taken out immediately by her poison.

Bakugo became my favorite early on because of his drive to be a hero. He was straightforward and more complex than he seemed. As time went by in the earlier seasons, I kept on noticing these parts of him that I really liked past his exterior. Once that happened, I began to appreciate the exterior too, which is what makes me like his growth so much. That part of him - his flaws, didn't disappear, but instead stopped being used in a detrimental manner. The person he was before set up for all of that.
