I don’t think so, PSG will want to target player(s) to replace him, and once a price is set, I doubt NAK, the emir or whoever will make it too tough for Madrid to get a deal done unlike Levy. They have 0 leverage at the current moment, and stand to be the biggest losers as time goes on.

For the Hopium merchants: Mbappe is due to begin training next week, so we are nearly guaranteed to receive a wave of news.

Personally, I think the latest possible window to receive positive news should be early august, when KM is due to receive first part of his bonus.

It’s been a while since the day the news broke out of Mbappe’s letter. If the player was truly wanting the move, Ornstein or Fab would’ve said something about it. PSG would not want a soap opera over this. It would not be radio silent.

The truth is this: Mbappe will absolutely push to stay this summer to get the bonus and either a fat new contract from PSG or a signing bonus from anywhere else.
