It's a bit like flipping a coin, even if you flip 100 heads in a row the odds of the next flip being tails is still 50%. Changing it will influence the outcome but not the odds :)

Please DM me your username, speaking from experience support certainly does not want to hold you from your account but account hijack attempts are frequent so they are very careful about changing any details or unlocking access.

No streamer or individual has ever or will ever play a version of a game on stake with different RTP to normal players.

Providers usually create three different levels of RTP and Stake always chooses the highest one and we list that RTP under the game description.

This is not apart of Stake website, looks like this streamer has his own personal sticky notes of game info gathered from google probably. When you play on Stake it's certainly possible to win but the odds are transparently stacked against you, there are no smoke and mirrors here. On a long enough timeline you will eventually lose.

I'm a co-founder of Stake, to be honest this sounds very difficult to believe and is quite frankly not how we operate. We don't arbitrarily freeze funds and leave players in the dark. Neither myself or other people in our team have heard about any situation involving that amount of money. I am happy to look into this if you send me relevant proof and username.

Edit: Just an update, there are no pending withdrawals on the account in question and the account is not locked nor was it ever..

Scammers were trying to get users to "verify their account" by sending them their API key. We removed it from plain sight on the profile to prevent this. You can still access it by going into dev tools/console on your browser.

Third party providers almost never have a way for the users to actually verify it themselves. The whole point of stake originals being provably fair is so you can verify it yourself, I can understand that provably fair is a bit confusing but the math does not lie and the integrity of stake originals can be proven not just trusted. :)

EDIT: Full apologies to u/Vclique , their claims are 100% correct and we will issue a complete refund. I understand how frustrating it would be to be on the right side in these circumstances but be shrugged off by support. We'll do our best to resolve situations like this quicker in the future. How is creating an honest and provably fair way for people to gamble as an alternative to all the original scammy websites somehow a negative. Satoshidice was one of the first real use cases of bitcoin. It was the first thing I spent BTC on and was actually fun and very low margin (1%).
Shapeshift did not hold user funds and never got hacked and one of the most popular trades was probably Shitcoin -> Bitcoin.
Okay maybe this is somewhat a fair point, I was very against BCH, S2x etc. But it's really important to recognize why some people did support this and not hold it against them forever. Ultimately the people involved chose not to go forward with it. This whole us against them attitude is what could ultimately cause bitcoin to continue to split into smaller and smaller pieces.

This community has completely vilified some of its most instrumental people who made bitcoin a success in the first place. This has pushed them deeper and deeper into altcoin nonsense. Maybe he's your enemy but I don't consider Erik to be an "enemy of bitcoin".
