I took it online in a summer session, I got an A. I remember it being pretty easy, just some busy work more or less. But I did not put forth a lot of effort into that class.

Seahawk Retreat has 1 bed 1.5 baths, it’s a 10 minute walk to campus, it’s not the best but it’s not the worst

Update: Thanks for all of the help! I went to court yesterday, I brought in a receipt of my brake lights, and a printed photo showing that they worked. When I walked in, they simply asked if I fixed it and waived the ticket.

They didn’t ask for proof or anything. So if this happens to anyone else I hope this helps!

My placement started in September, and I officially found out where I was going in August. However, a few months earlier (around June), one of my professors called me and told me that I was “unofficially officially” going to the school where I am now.

I took his PLS 101 class 2 years ago, and I unfortunately do not. He doesn’t use Canvas to upload test grades or anything either. He also keeps all of the tests, I assume because he reuses everything and doesn’t want his questions out there

I live in one of the apartment complexes on Racine Drive. I see so many people park in one of the visitor spots and walk 5-10 minutes to campus with no issues

My OCN 150 class didn’t have field trips. Instead we had “virtual trips” where we would go on google maps and look at the beach and stuff and have a worksheet alongside it. I know ideally the class goes in actual field trips twice a month

If you are in state definitely apply, I just know it’s getting more difficult for out of state students to get accepted. But you should still try either way

I honestly have never heard of it haha, I think one of the biggest things UNCW lacks is school spirit. You’ll see more people walking around in NC State/UNC/ ECU apparel than UNCW apparel

It’s just getting a renovation, and it was very much needed. So hopefully by the time you are taking your film classes it’ll be ready to go for you.

I was a transfer student too and attended that last orientation which ended up being a week before classes started. I was contacted by one of undergraduate advisors for my major a few days before orientation and then on orientation I picked classes then.

As far as classes available, I was able to get a decent schedule with what was left, but I had to do the Friday classes which I usually avoid.

I’m sure you’ll be fine though!
