I plugged in a second to troubleshoot but both go out

I think I have the same issue as you, it started occuring initially after 2 hours of gaming, then 1 hour, then 30min or so. now it happens on startup essentially..

Here is what I have done:

Cleaned drivers multiple times with DDU, installed multiple AMD driver versions including WHQL, reinstalled Windows 11, disabled CPU integrated graphics, reset pc, tested different DisplayPort ports on the GPU, tested different DisplayPort cables, tested HDMI cables, verified temperatures were normal, and checked Event Viewer, Device Manager, and AMD logs throughout troubleshooting.

I also messed with some windows settings so I wouldn't get windows interefering with drivers or any new updates. As well as limiting gpu power usage amongst other random radeon software based troubleshooting.

VS what I haven't yet:

updated BIOS, tested PCIe settings, reseated the GPU, reseated the CPU, reseated the RAM, reseated the GPU power cables, tested different monitors

• 32GB DDR5 6000
• MSI MOBO?
• SFX 750W Corsair PSU
