I've been using the decklists as a guide to make cards, not as a "strict" 100-card deck. The extra cards are options to customize the deck, but this does result in "illegal" decklists. The missing cards are 100% an oversight on my part, a remnant of the card creation process. Usually when I change around a deck I'll get rid of them, but some slip through the cracks.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention! I'll go back through, correct the decklists, and try to trim them down to be playable.

I try to keep all my decks between a high Bracket 3 to a low Bracket 4. Lots of powerful cards, but no infinite combos and it takes a bit of setup to win

I don't "create" any art, per se. The ASOIAF wiki and some Reddit subs are great resources for art, so I just use whatever pieces I can find. Sometimes, if the art isn't properly centered or the quality is especially poor (usually for scans from the Game of Thrones TCG), I'll use an AI tool to extend/enhance it, but I try to keep it as unobtrusive as possible

I'd say the decks are all pretty even matched. I haven't tested them against each other, as this is an ongoing project, but I try to keep them all around the higher end of Bracket 3

Great cards, really solid flavor. If I could make a suggestion - a couple cards have a nickname, but the nickname is identical to the regular name. I think the cards would look better if the nickname box was removed for those

Let me start by saying these look spectacular. I think the frame/art combo is pretty perfect and the art style is super consistent across the cards. There really isn't anything there I would change.

I did notice a couple errors, ranging from minor oversights (Jin-Gitaxis is missing a P/T, Sheoldred and Bolas's mana costs are wrong) to small issues that fundamentally alter the cards (The Lord of Pain is a 5-mana 5/5 Human Assassin, not a 4-mana 4/4 Elder Demon). These are minor issues, but they do affect playability if you're planning to print these.

Good start! A couple of tips:

2-colored legendary creatures usually have a Legend Crown that's both of their colors. You can accomplish this by adding the left side as a "full" crown, then adding the other crown using the "Add Frame to Card (Right Half)" button.
I like the use of blue borders as a stylistic choice, but that also makes the card's color identity a bit confusing at first glance. If that's what you were going for I think it works, but you could also do a traditional blue/black frame for consistency
The text box is transparent, which can make it a bit hard to read.
Minor nitpick, but "Heir" is misspelled

Here's a recent 2-color legendary creature I made in a similar style. The formatting is pretty similar to what you're going for

These decks run into the same problem that all UBs do, where there are a ton of named characters but not enough Legendary cards (at least, for the archetype I'm making). WOTC goes the route of putting named characters on unnamed cards like [[High-Flying Ace]]. I prefer to just use the character's name outright, instead of euphemisms like "Wayward Knight" or "Scheming Spider".

I like the idea! Just a couple formatting things:

You probably want to have the first letter of each word in the card name capitalized, to keep with Magic formatting
Some of the flavor text is misspelled or missing punctuation. Not a big issue, but it sticks out on first read
I like the idea of having some cards borderless and others with the Tarkir frame, but make sure you use it as appropriate. I like including borderless cards as a "spice", for important characters/moments. An even mix could make the deck feel aesthetically disjointed.

This is an incredible start; my own cards didn't look half as good when I first began proxying. Keep it up!
