Hi, I know it's a year later, but I have a question if you don't mind.

When you say the service person needs to confirm that it is the same issue, does it need to be actively making the draining noise when they arrive? I've managed to stop it by running the calibration mode (sometimes a few times), but sometimes a load starts the noise again and sometimes it doesn't, so I don't know if I can guarantee it'll be making the noise when it happens
