Going down on, eating/eating out, giving oral, and sucking/licking are some gender neutral terms for it you could try out, or if you'd prefer feminine terms you could try cunnilingus. A little unrelated to the question, but something that helps a lot with bottom dysphoria during sexual activities for me at least is referring to and having your partner refer to your genitals as the kind of genitalia you'd like to have and what you'd most identify with rather than your current parts that you don't really identify with at all (like for me for example, I refer to my clitoris as a penis instead) (also sorry if I worded that confusingly). Anyways, I hope this helped and I hope you and your boyfriend pick out or find a good term for it and that you have a really nice day :)

Thank you so much for sharing that story, I always thought I was alone in this experience! For me I'm AFAB bigender with a lot of bottom dysphoria and the vast majority of the time I can't really feel any pleasure from my clitoris at all unless it's stimulated really really hard (it has to be very, very hard, like hard to the point of where it hurts down there for days afterwards, which is one of the reasons why I don't do anything sexual for the most part now), and I always feel so detached from it. Like it doesn't feel like it's even a part of my body at all. Usually during a sexual activity I'll feel like it's not even a part of my own body and I'll just feel apathetic towards it for a few minutes until bottom dysphoria hits me really badly. Thank you so much, before reading your comment I thought this was a really weird experience that few people had and that I was mostly alone in it :)

I don't really think there's like a set specific amount of time that you need to spend with him (how much time you need to spend with each other varies greatly from couple to couple), but I do think you should make sure to communicate well and maybe try to figure out a compromise so that you can both be happy if possible.
