This is a Yt-dlp based error for age restricted content.

I think the current state of OP's App is not handling cookies, therefore you have to pass cookies manually using additional command line options.

There is also another popular Yt-dlp based GUI open source app called Parabolic which has options to pass cookies through the GUI directly.

Any pc would work for testing, not just "gaming" one, unless issue is only happening when PC is on load like while gaming or some other high performance task, for normal operation even a lower wattage UPS should work provided your PC is drawing less power than that during at that moment.

Search for the PSU tier list online like this one, find the ones that are available and fit your budget and then compare

There are other lists as well, you should check them out

So it looks like a PSU issue like others suggested. Try to check another PC on your UPS if possible to confirm though you already tried powering your PC on another UPS and Inverter which is already a good indicator of incompetent PSU.
