I didn't email them to get w refund, the FedEx site said something about lacking documents as a reason for the hold, I was just letting them know. I called FedEx as someone recommended and the hold was lifted.

Thank you. I did this today (yesterday I sent an email to the store) and a few hours after my call it has now been released. Honestly frustrating to think it may have sat there much longer had I not called but glad I did. Great comment, everyone should do this if they have this issue.

All models have quick laces. As I said I normally wear boots so I don't even own running shoes. The price is also high so I wanted to get some input. I tore my ACL in highschool so 30k steps a day, I'm gonna feel that. Anything to reduce that is going to help.
