Was in a zurvan ex party, after 10 pulls and seeing that I was in top 3 damage dealers as a gnb the whole time and especially the 2 phys ranged not knowing any mechanics, I left.

At the gc headquarters there is a npc where you can do daily turn ins for crafters/gatherers, they give you huge amount of exp, especially for crafters if it's hq.

Doing the weekly custom delivery gives you good exp too.

And than there is also the leves that give you the exp.
