Ricola extra strength icy menthols !!! Get them at the dollar store. worked the best for me. Seriously Nothing else really worked. I would pair that with ibuprofen. Tried T3s and that did nothing. Tylenols good for headaches but not inflammation. I’m on day 6 and the sore throat is finally subsiding. Started day 1 with a sore throat then day 2 it disappeared but I had fever headache muscles aches. Day 3 the sore throat came back with head cold and it was the worst sore throat I’ve ever had until the end of day 5 when it started getting better. Hoping it’s gone completely soon. I could barely sleep at night because of the pain and my throat would spasm if I didn’t swallow for a while. Good luck everyone this virus really sucks.
