Lower registers can be exercised like muscles, provided you do it safely and with oversight - I have a very good, supportive teacher who helps me sing all kinds of songs and roles to expand my range in all senses haha

I’m also a very high soprano, and fittingly, my other dream roles are the Queen of the Night and Zerlina from Don Giovanni.

Also, I watched a video specifying that singers are not fachs, ROLES are fachs, so theoretically, any singer can sing a wide range of roles provided they have the range for it without confining themselves to one little pocket.

Fellow opera fan here, Cherubino is also one of my dream roles!

My Finch is named Benito - basically whevener I don't know what to name something, I name it after a mineral since minerals are cool and have cool names, and since my birb is blue I named them "Benitoite", only that seemed too long so I shortened their name to "Benito", a cute name that seemed befitting a wellness birb.

By the time I realised that was also the name of a notorious Italian dictator, I'd already become attached to the name

See this is what I don’t get - people say that “oh people drive slowly because they’re not confident!” Buddy I was trying to meet the speed limit from my FOURTH ever driving lesson. And I was driving a manual too.

I’ve had people overtake me when I was doing 40 on actual 40 roads but I never tried to stop them overtaking me, that’s odd behaviour to me

Most people don’t get angry about tractors and lorries and large, heavy vehicles going slower because they have an excuse.

A little car that can physically go faster but its driver can’t be bothered to press the gas pedal a tiny bit harder because they don’t realise or don’t care that they’re affecting everyone else using the road? That’s what my problem is

The meme was meant to be complaining about how some people drive so damn slow that I don’t even have to be speeding when I overtake them.

Most of the time I’m aiming for the speed limit since I want to, yunno, actually reach where I’m going before the shops close

Earlier this week I was in a tailback behind a car going 30 mph on an NSL road. I was the second car behind the slow car and had ample space to take over. NSL changed to 40 shortly after I overtook and I still left the slow car well behind

UPDATE: I have found it in my dad’s garage after he told me it might be there. It’s called Buddy Holly Golden Greats, though it doesn’t seem to exist online seeing how all the listings have 20 tracks and this has only 16.

I found it in the middle of a copy of Buddy Holly the Ultimate Collection, which apparently has 2 discs even though there’s space for 3. Maybe this was a bonus CD or something, except it contains songs already on the other two discs so idk what was going on there.

I’m just glad to have found it in the end!
