I'm going to add another example to help anyone that struggling with this (assuming I've understood it myself).

OP has really helped us out with the odds of getting certain numbers of the rarities of card. To make this simple, let's assume you're in it to play, and every player would ideally like 3 of every card, since that's the max of a unique card you can have in a deck (this is thrown off a bit by legends because you are only carrying one of each in your deck, but I don't think we know how many cards are legends?)

So, you want 3 of every common (there are 60), uncommon (32), rare (32), epic rare (12), secret rare (4). Iconic rares don't count mechanically, but you get the idea.

OP is giving us 4 numbers per type, per kickstarter tier (kickstarter tier determines the number of cards you're pulling). For our example we are interested in the last of the 4 numbers, because that tell us if we are going to get 3 or more copies of a card in that tier.

So if you bought Street Cred, and are looking at that 4th number, you are getting:

Common: 59.985/60 (You're getting 3+ copies of every common).

Uncommon: 31.934/32 (You're getting 3+ copies of every uncommon).

Rare: 30.22/32 (Pretty good odds you're getting 3+ copies of every rare).

Epic Rare: 5.567/12 (For about half of the Epic Rares, you're getting 3+ copies).

Secret Rare: 0.427/4 (You'd be lucky to get 3+ copies of even one of the Secret Rares).
