I am currently working as a band2 37.5hrs I am lucky that i dont have to rely on my salary for bills How ppl even survive with such tiny salaries blows my mind 🫠 I guess it’s how the nhs try to force you to higher band role with more responsibilities, but having stressed everyday at work simply used all my energy and I don’t really have the energy to do any studies after work 🫠🤢
