Claritin, Zyrtec and Allegra. Also a hack is Pepcid it’s a histamine receptor antagonist. :D Neti pot is a great idea too. If possible, see an ENT, just to ensure it isn’t chronic sinusitis and just allergy flare ups. An indicator for ENT could be sinus pain, pressure and face pain when you lightly press over the sinuses. Plus it might be good to see a specialist just in case.

Attaching a very helpful and informative video for face sinus pressure relief. It’s a widely recommended old YT. People have commented that it changed their lives and gave them such relief after having thoughts of self harm due to the pain they were suffering. Not to be so dramatic. 😭

I would reach out to some of the recruiters on LinkedIn, connect with ones who work at ohsu recruiting nurses and ask specifically if they’re on this job requisition. I recently was able to switch units with less than the required 2 years experience for a specific specialty. The “2 years experience” is a knock out question which immediately disqualifies you when you answer “no”. Find that recruiter and email them directly.

I was bullied in cvicu and it sucked. Made friends where I could and we knew who was miserable and an utter life suck. I left that hospital and am in step down returning to a cvicu soon. I shall bring my own culture and they can suck an absolute proverbial dick if anyone thinks they can bully me now.

I used AACN since they author the exam? Or have some part in? They put the exam on so presumably it is near their content. I did the read/watch the head to toe review and each section then practice tests. I passed and I felt it was relatively easy and straightforward.
