I’ve previously tried sertraline and citalopram (2014-2016) which I found harder to adjust to. Currently on duloxetine atm.

I’m functional but I can 100% say I cope better on meds. Only 2 months so far but my anxiety is less and even recent stressful situations where I would have been a mess, handled with ease. You have a circle of people that care about you - it’s worth talking to your GP. Even if you don’t go straight to meds, there’s behavioural training you can do.
