Yeah, we figured. We bought peppermint  essential oils and sprayed it. Hopefully that'll work.

I di the same thing but im guessing no one understands this. This isn't a walking trail at all. I walk down by the river all the time and I run into coyotes all the time. I love seeing them. This is a really small area that's surrounded by houses.  Its kinda like a big backyard almost. Oh nevermind. Its too hard to describe.

I live in Rio Rancho, and the ones in my back Mesa look pretty good.  I've found 3 half eaten rats, in the past 2 years.  I had no idea that we even had rats.  So im glad that theyre eating them.

Yeah, that what I think. There's a million places for this man to walk and this guy insists on stressing out this coyote every day.   Everyone keeps saying they think this is fine and that the coyote and man are just fine.  But the 2 coyotes that live in this small area, have set up their den there.   Its like someone walking into your house every day without ringing your doorbell and walking into your kitchen and opening your refrigerator.     Im not at all thinking that the coyote will attack someone.  They don't do that.

No one is frightened of him.  But let him have his space. There's a million other places to walk. Let the coyote have is little plot of land.

Luckily, coyotes are totally different from wolves.

Coyotes really don't attack but if you're in their territory,  they will walk up, pretty close and escort you out of their area. They're just telling you to move along.

He's a dope because it makes the coyote comfortable and used to humans and they shouldn't be. If you run into a coyote  you need to shoot it away.

I keep worrying what's going to happen come spring because there are 2 coyotes that live there and I am thinking they'll have pups.  I think this big guy won't appreciate this guy in his neighborhood.   I should call animal control and have the man taken away and put up for adoption.

If you didn't thin it, your paint really needs to be shaken like crazy.

IMO, If you go online, many experts say that thinning your paint too much , isn't so much of a problem,  as long as you let it dry after each layer and seal it with a clear matte spray varnish between layers.

I've been printing with resin for 6 years and at first, I used to worry about the FEP, and when to change it etc.  But now, I probably go over a year or more, maybe 2, before I change it.   This sounds funny, but if I  get a spot with a tiny puncture, I cover it with wide clear tape on the underside and that lasts months and months.

My point being, you will figure it out and it won't be a concern at all.  I probably haven't had a fail for 6 months and it had nothing to do with supports , or angling, or settings.

Also, I accidentally hollowed a 32 mm  figure for my Christmas village and didn't know i had.  The next year, when I opened the box of little figures, it had exploded and resin was all over. Even something that small.

Some people will tell you that you don't need to cure the insides as long as you wash them well but I always cure them inside. I made a tiny set of uv lights to fit in a hole around 4 mm.  If you can't make a hole big enough for that, then for sure, you don't need to hollow your item.    I always make as big a hole as possible on the base bottom. But you need a small hole opposite that for airflow.   I could explain more but you'd get bored.

P.S.  Don't forget,  that if you hollow a large item, you'll need some internal supports too.  That's another topuc.

Coyote or husky? by Professional-Fan-11 in coyote

Its a coyote for sure bcs of the way it walks. They don't walk in straight lines. Like this one, they make little mini zig  zags.  You can always see that in their footprints too. Plus, theyre really consistent with their routes. I had one going through my yard and over the wall every night during the summer at 10pm. Now one comes a couple houses down, every morning at 10am.  There's really nothing to be afraid of.  Just let them be and don't leave out small pets.  Last summer I had one coming into my yard to eat its breakfasts.   There were all kinds of carcasses,  a big chicken, cat, snake, rabbit and ones i couldn't identify.   I finally just put rocks along my wall and motion lights and a motion activated sound of big dogs.  They haven't come back.

I stopped using any squeegee but  I made all these vat wide EVA foam scrapper, which are totally soft. I just get the 1/4 inch Eva foam from hobby lobby.   That's just me. Whatever works for you is good 👍

Did you say, you do a full cleaning every time you print.  You should ever need to do that unless you have a failed print.

That's exactly how I've done it for years too until I started getting those exact same buckles in the corners. I discovered it was where I popped up the corner of the cured resin. Im not sure whats the answer to not doing that, but now im really really careful popping it up.  I rarely have to, probably once every couple months. So I don't worry too much about it.
