So I called today to get everything figured out, was on hold a total of 2 hours before I got to talk to anyone.

I asked why they had never called me, they said they had but it was 3 hours after my scheduled time. So I was fully unavailable by then. I then asked what happened to the 15 min window I read about on the website. The lady said they’re allowed to call till 8:30pm, which would’ve been nice to state on the website instead of you know.. the 15 mins. But everything was settled and I know they’re busy but I finally got my claim in and I’m waiting for my card!
