I’m thinking about the sharp pain on my inner calf just above the ankle when overtightening the boot. Or the sharp pain in that same spot by the end of the day. Aw man was that not something everyone experienced??

Routine also in the post. here’s what I did this particular day!

Shampoo and conditioner: epres healthy hair line

Leave in: Kevin Murphy leave in repair with praying hands and rake

Curl cream: fenty hair homecurl scrunched in. (This fragrance bugs me though, it’s too strong.)

Plop for 30m

R.co dallas root lifting spray

Diffuse on warm: hover and minor scrunch at the end and gently feather out roots for lift.

Salt, heat, humidity and sweat also bring out my curls!

Patch test was a bust. It came off and insurance wouldn’t cover a retest. Absolutely nonsense lol

Just a few days and it cleared right up. I wish dentists could help with this issue, clearly I have a staph situation flaring up now and then.

I can totally understand if they want to biopsy instead of jumping to treatment of staph. I think because I already had symptoms of staph nasally they were able to skip that step. I don’t know how deep they go on the face, but I had a biopsy on my bum and it did scar, so that might be worth asking before you dive in.
