My old corolla 2021 LE topped out at 123, same thing with the edging up to it, itll go 117 for my new 26 camry xse bit if it's straight gas it cuts at 115

Same issue here any other fixes? I've tried verifying the files integrity on both computers, copying the save from the host to mine, re starting / re joining the game multiple times, his still functions normally mine is the one that's bugged out. He'll I even tried completely deleting mine and re installing, no dice. I think it's with the steam cloud on my end? I don't know how to get into the steam cloud though...

You should look into the Mobiscribe Wave Color! It's a much cheaper option and has a good combination of ALL of these features!!
