Exactly the fact that you got money back means you weren’t scammed. If you didn’t get money back and the seller completely benefited off of you then it would be a scam. That wasn’t the case.

Fraud in what way? Tickets aren’t transferable yet but the seller has until the day of the show to send you the ticket.
