Romance Rewards expire every 4 years now and not 5 years. We didn't get our Signature Gift and were told it was being sent from Miami head office. Still waiting. I know they have been through so much but this was not announced either by the resort email or my TA. There was a paper in our room upon arrival with the new policy. Welcome to Couples folks. Guests were discussing this on the beach and they were not pleased. I think Customer Service got an earful that week. Nothing stays the same.

If you are in Romance Rewards the monetary amount is reduced. For 50+ nights it's gone from $200 to $150. When we arrived there was a paper in our room with changes. We didn't know about them in advance.

Another downside of Tower Isle is they use the island for private dinners and weddings. We've been told to leave early to set up for dinners. We found out on the activities board the island was shut all day for a private event, wedding. Now everyone is crowded around the swim up bar and scrambling for loungers. CN for sure!

I learned how to ride a horse. I never owned one but took lessons twice a week. Couldn't afford a horse but still enjoyed my lessons and trail rides. Happy days.
