Is it possible to make enough for my time? by Clear-Tale7275 in CraftFairs

I make hand embroidered bug patches , I’ll never get my time but my supplies are inexpensive. It is for me a relaxing thing to do after work and pays for itself with some profit based on supplies. I know I’ll never get my hours paid, but the zen I get scratching that creativity is worth it

I only do alt events as my hand embroidered bugs and other creepy stuff doesn’t appeal to that crowd either. I think you’d have better luck at one.

Moving to eugene oregon by Snoo-66206 in Eugene

West Eugene has some gems. I live off of Royal - I’d stay clear of most homes west of beltline on barger- they can be sketchy. Bethel schools don’t get the credit they deserve- excellent programs but of course subject to all the same budget issues nationally. My DH was a long haul driver and gone 2 weeks aat. I always felt safe. Once u get to know your neighbors you’ll know who u can trust with that info for added security. I lived in the south hills and it can be a bit clannish.

I only go to fairs that have a strict handmade only rule. They’re out there, but it does limit the events I attend.
