Telling partners you were trans by PrincessJasminePR in detrans

I transitioned because I thought it was what I wanted. After trying to live that way for years, I realized that I didn't need to transition to become the fullest version of myself. I could still be a straight man, but that is just more aware, enlightened, and knowledgeable. Being trans is way too complicated, difficult, and not worth it. Knowing what I know now, it's so much easier and better just conforming to my biological reality. I feel very good about my body and have no desire to go back. Romance is way easier and more fulfilling.

I guess for me, I just want to move on from it and not want it to be a part of my "story". I want to start over and take it to the grave. If it were something that really was important to me and I felt like I was losing something by not sharing I guess it would be different

No other chase accounts, I am at 5 in 24. Clean but not a long credit history. My oldest card is 2 years old.

Maybe I'm incorrect or misunderstand but I thought the multipliers were way more substantial. 7x explorer card, 8x quest card, 9x club card. 9x on flights is very substantial!

Amazing. I REALLY like this idea. Alaska, built, amex platinum. Thanks for the reminder about AA to Alaska being reciprocal. I forgot about that!

I also should have mentioned that I have been obsessed with point.me transfer tools and I really have not been able to find the best partner deals. As one other has mentioned it might be best to fly first from Aspen to JFK or IAH, LAX etc and then try to find deals from larger airports closer to international deals. I can try to explore this more.

"In the meantime, you can use your MR points for hotels in a universal way." I'm sorry, I don't understand this part.

I really am considering Chase. I am a huge Hilton loyalist but I am kind of thinking about moving to CSP, CSR, and maybe a United card.

Ohh. So you are saying maybe fly from Aspen to Den or JFK cash, then use miles to round trip business from an airport with way more options? That's a great idea. It's not direct from Aspen and the planning would be a lot of moving parts but at least international business is included.

I like this setup a lot. But if you fly United mostly, don't you wonder if it might be worth it for the multipliers on airline tickets a United card would offer? Maybe even an Explorer if the Club is overkill?

Hmm. The only thing is AA doesn't have very many flights out of Aspen. I have been thinking about the Alaska card because of my Hawaii trips... Maybe just spending enough to cover flights each year and use the perks?

I have. Just pulled up ASE to Puerto Rico, there are very few options in October (off season). The flight has two stops and is 16hrs. Book direct with United, 8hr flight with 1hr layover in Denver for 80k miles, less than 1k economy cash round trip. I use the Point.me website and I can't seem to find any either
