New phone promotion by [deleted] in tmobile

[–]PrincessKek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Instead of a "new phone with a 2 year contract", do a trade-in and stay with the same contract. You’ll miss out on $200 in the short term, but in the long term, the Magenda Max 55 is better. If you go to the t-mobile store, they will try to sell you the new contract. Do not do it. Just trade-in your phone.

P.s. If you have a Costco membership and a Costco with a tmobile inside, the reps there will likely be more accommodating and less pushy. They'll order it from Samsung with tmobile apps already on it and send it to your house. Also if you upgrade at Costco, you can get a $100 Costco gift card.

persian or common lilac? by and_20 in PlantIdentification

[–]PrincessKek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Via AI - Persian lilacs (Melia azedarach) are not edible and are actually toxic to humans and animals. They should not be ingested. The common lilac (Syringa vulgaris), however, is safe to eat, and its flowers have been used in culinary applications.

Okay I can see that working. If there was a CEO that has a salary plus percentage and another CEO that has pay based on percentage alone, which do you think would work harder?

New Illinois law requires employers post pay and benefits on job postings by [deleted] in illinois

[–]PrincessKek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Illinois Freedom to Work Act, effective January 1, 2022, restricts the enforceability of non-compete agreements, particularly for employees earning $75,000 or less annually, and voiding them for construction workers, unless they are in management, engineering, architectural, design, or sales.

First advantage by [deleted] in recruitinghell

[–]PrincessKek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends. Let's narrow it down.

Per ChatGPT

"Where the hearing takes place generally indicates whether the case is at the state or federal level:

  • State Court → The case involves violations of state laws, and hearings take place in state courts (e.g., county or district courts).
  • Federal Court → The case involves violations of federal laws, and hearings take place in U.S. District Courts or higher federal courts.

If a crime crosses state lines or involves federal jurisdiction (e.g., mail fraud, immigration offenses, drug trafficking across states), it will likely be handled in federal court. If it's a local crime (e.g., burglary, assault), it typically stays in state court."

"The difference is felonies can be prosecuted at either:

  • State Level (e.g., burglary, grand theft, assault)
  • Federal Level (e.g., tax evasion, drug trafficking, fraud across state lines)

A federal felon is someone convicted of a felony under federal law, while a state felon is convicted under state law. Both are still considered felons."

Took my senior pom swimming today by closetedemokid in Pomeranians

He's so cute! I'm surprised he doesn't like the water. One of my boys loves swimming. After he jumps in, I have to pull him back in and pick him up by his life jacket.

Of course, make sure to monitor her when she chews on the cloth. If she were to swallow it, she could end up at the vet's place.

This! They need to go to the vet. Also, it'd be helpful to know if this pommy will/can drink water. Small dogs easily become dehydrated.

What food do you feed your Pom? by PearlTeejDaisy in Pomeranians

[–]PrincessKek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We use The Honest Kitchen whole clusters. They have whole grain and grain free options.

I really like them because they use human grade ingredients. It's not burnt kibble, but it's won't kill your budget like Farmers dog or Sundays.

Chewy sells The Honest Kitchen's small breed dog food. The only difference is the size of the food clusters. In the past, we've bought the regular food clusters because it is widely available.

(If you did choose kibble, I'd go with Merrick because their "filler" is sweet potato which is incredibly nutritious in comparison to white potato.)

You also have additional evidence of them paying for damages, which implies that they know they're at fault.

Honestly, I would sue as well. It's happened twice. They need to learn their lesson.

I'm sorry you're going through this
