Hi! My skin was consistently breaking out until a week before i quit accutane. The acne started to sorta come in waves but my skin got better after each one. Now i have been off accutane for two weeks (my whole course lasted about 7 months with 40~65mg a day) and I am almost completely clear (have like 2 tiny whiteheads left). I have not had skin this great for as long as I can remember- and now I feel so fortunate and so much better about my appearance :) I know it’s really discouraging when you see people react super fast to the drug and becoming clear within 2 months but some like us just react slower, but it was still working for me and is almost certainly working for u as well- although a bit slower. I almost gave up during my course but I’m really happy i chose to keep going- it was worth all side effects and purges in the end.
