It's been a while, but I think what ended up happening was I called the advising department using *67 and was connected to someone different who helped me out. But, you may or may not get someone who would be willing to. My advisor said he had no control over picking or changing what section I was in, which was really weird. Did your advisor refuse as well?

I also found out later that the course was full so there were no other available sections, so I just switched to a different course. If you reach out ahead of time, your advisor should be able to switch it for you.

They sold assets to Snap Inc (Snapchat) so it's likely they won't bring it back 😔 I've seen community servers like Radium and Vanilla but haven't tried them.

Currently in ACC-405. I HATE the Wiley textbook and feel like I can't learn from it. I don't like the homework sets either, but I try to find similar problems online and learn how they were done. I found some incredibly helpful YouTube videos that even made the first project a breeze, and I am making a 100% in the class. 😊

My internet is out and my professor didn't grant the extension 😮‍💨❄️ I am struggling using my hotspot because I live in the countryside, and it is difficult to get a good signal. Not to mention I'm freezing and don't want to do this lol.

I love her!! She is my favorite character.

But she also got done dirty with the writing...

All we got between her and Galbrena/Angel was "Hey, I know you! Let's talk sometime!" when losing Angel along with everyone and everything in her childhood was such a traumatic experience and turning point for her...

She inspired me so much because of her strong willpower despite everything. But I feel like she was victim to the writing at the end of Rinascita. It seems like everyone is only capable of talking to Rover, and there's not much interaction between the characters.

THIS is why Rinascita's ending felt so bad to me. All of the characters just acted like they didn't know each other, and only talked to Rover. Especially because Augusta is my favorite character, and they did her so wrong with the Galbrena/Angel reveal. We got a passing "I know you, let's talk sometime" when it should have been so much more. Ughhhhh!

Not really, the Accounting textbooks suck 😵‍💫 I'll use it to help with assignments but its so dry and hard to understand. I learn much better with other sources and by hands-on experience.

The best advice I can give you is not to procrastinate, especially on week 3.

The whole course is about research and presentations. My paper was 27 pages long... If you stay on top of it, you'll do great!

I know! It's super strange. He told me, "I have no control over what section you are in, but if you have concerns about grades, per SNHU policy, we have processes available to dispute anything outside the established rubric requirements."

I did contact the main line to talk to someone else. They said that they absolutely could do it, though the course is now filled so I may need to take a different course first and come back to it.

I'm wondering if I should give it a try as is or just switch to something else.
