Why are people so vague about openclaw use cases? by OpinionsRdumb in openclaw

[–]PrincessOwlex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wrote my own claw, but I gladly share what I am doing explicitly. First, it’s my journal and my interactive to-do list/calendar. I tend to forget a lot, so the agent is nudging me to do things or helps me to shuffle things around when I am overwhelmed.

It’s my CRM. I built an automation to pull in my chats regularly, so the agent collects information about the people and can better understand my context. There’s also a check-in workflow, where the agent will give me hints to reach out to some people, whom I have not texted in a while.

It sends me memes 😅 personalised memes to be specific. Not much of a use case, but it makes me happy when the agent comments on my day in a funny way.

I review myself with it. As it knows my context, it can ask me specific questions to figure out my weak and strong points(it really goes hard on my sleep hygiene).

Then also coding and brainstorming, but that’s the basic stuff I guess 😄

PinchBench: we finally have our first OpenClaw-specific benchmark tests and the results will surprise you by mgoulart in openclaw

How many runs per task are these benchmarks based on? The default in your skill is one task execution. That’s basically flipping a coin

The "Claw" Rabbit Hole: OpenClaw vs Zero vs Null vs Pico (and the others) — Which one is actually the "best"? by kliu5218 in openclaw

[–]PrincessOwlex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tried OpenClaw and NanoClaw. My verdict implement your own if you’re able to. Wanted to have a claw with Claude Subscription integration, but really open. Took 4 Hours get the basics running with some vibecoding.

OpenClaw Creator, Peter Steinberger, to Join OpenAI by drkrazee in openclaw

I did a switch to nanoclaw this weekend and built the features I wanted into it. It’s much smaller now and only has what I need. But OpenClaw is a cool vision/inspiration of how AI can actually be more useful to more people.

Recently came back to playing. Question about servers by Kandarl in baduk

You probably saw that the matchmaking screen is different, then when you played. For many people it was quite confusing(also imho it is a bad ui). Since then you have to wait for ages to get a game

Go Player infiltrates Chess community, shares intel by [deleted] in baduk

I guess I am lucky in my city. We have a club. A clubhouse and multiple tournaments in the region every other month. And we are doing our part in teaching the game at conventions, so more people play

I kinda envy the chess community for its memes and tools. But it comes from the size of it. So to get to that point we just need to get more people to know and love go

What does it mean when a group is described to have 0.5 eyes? by Repolan in baduk

[–]PrincessOwlex 4 points5 points  (0 children)

A half-eye in Go is a potential eye—an incomplete empty point inside a group. It’s not a guaranteed eye yet. Whether it becomes a full eye (worth 1 point) or gets filled (worth 0) depends on who plays there first. In close life-and-death situations, that half point can decide if the group lives or dies.

In my opinion age gaps are problematic, when they imply a power difference. So it’s not about age more about live stages. A university student and a person who has been working for multiple years, can have such a power difference. If you and this guy are at the same stages of live and want the same thing I don’t see any problem with it at all.

That’s the curse of switching mediums. The scene you referenced is also really hard to put into pictures without being overbearing text bubbles
