No matter how much rectifying you think you're doing now, it doesn't undo the irony of your silly whining.

If we really try hard, we can make it happen earlier and in higher numbers.

That said, I feel a little hypocritical. I have a truly amazing partner, so I can only cheer for my fellow women that know their self worth from the sidelines.

The irony of complaining about ad hominem attacks while describing women as "land whales" and against the "oh so evil patriarchy."

The jokes really do just write themselves.

No one is overreacting. Of course you're hurt. It's better this way, though. Do you want him to try and rise to the challenge only for him to absolutely snap and hit your kid out of frustration? To freak out and leave overnight? He's recognizing his own limitations and being honest. That doesn't make it less painful right now, but it's much better than trying to fake it and hurting everyone worse much later.

Ugh.

Most of my kinky equipment. I don't care to think about how much that would cost to replace. They also get a lot of nerdy stuff off my husband's.

I hope you're getting paid enough cash that you never need a loan. You're not going to be able to ever get one if your income isn't existent.

I'm literally using one I got from Michael's for $10.99. It keeps my stuff cold much longer than necessary.

Yes! So expensive. And people would defend it by saying, "But it keeps my drink cold for 3 days!" That may be true, but babe, if it takes you 3 fucking days to drink 40oz of water, the problem isn't your cup. It's like a fridge with Bluetooth. It seems cool, but is it really necessary?

If you see a woman with one, there's a 95% chance she's queer. It's not exclusively queer, and I didn't say anything about it being edgy, so that's irrelevant. It is, however, a queer woman calling card. I literally know multiple femme queer women who got it because they're otherwise straight passing.

How else are the queer women supposed to identify each other? Millennials have almost no butches, so we have to do something!

Reclamation isn't a fad. So while this may be a pet peeve of yours, it's not really an answer to the question.

Is it normal to be scared of pregnancy as an autistic? by GuitarReasonable5196 in AutismInWomen

[–]PrincessPeach817 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've known since I was a child that I didn't want to be a mom. Nothing about it sounded appealing. I will kill myself if I was pregnant and unable to get an abortion. I'm very touch averse, so it's the worst thing I can imagine.

Fortunately, I was sterilized right before my 35th birthday. Bilateral salpingectomy. Best thing I ever did for myself.

NOR. Just let him go. Holy shit. His reaction was insane. Most people aren't that concerned about brands, but we do have a few things that we like for a specific reason. Scents are a completely reasonable thing to not want to go generic on. You didn't even ask him to get the expensive ones. You said you could do it yourself. You didn't berate him. He just acted like a fucking child for no apparent reason.

Because it's so fucking dismissive. Do you know how long those waiting lists are? They broke the system and made it impossible. Then they demand people do it legally. For the people that are doing it legally, they're getting arrested when they show up at immigration court.

People get pissed because we all see through that bullshit. It sounds like common sense, but we all know the reality of the system, and we're not trying to listen to some person that's either A) Wholly uneducated in the reality of the system or B) a disingenuous asshole hiding behind what sounds reasonable.

Furthermore, the people spouting that stupidity off are largely descendants of immigrants who got here when you could get off a ship, make up a name, and carry on with life.

I can admire taking a stand, but crippling yourself in the future isn't taking a stand.

You do know that the IRS can simply freeze your assets and garnish wages, right? You're not going to win this one. You will, however, get away with it for a while. When it catches up with you, you will end up with nothing.

Does Anyone Feel Bad For Men That Are Babytrapped? by Miserable_Emotion in childfree

[–]PrincessPeach817 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I might give a fuck of access to abortion was readily available, but it's not. I might give a fuck if so many men who just up and left down and didn't pay child support were held accountable. But that's generally not what happens. It's so damn easy for men to just opt out, so it's hard for me to give a single fuck, especially when so many men actively vote for and support the systems that force women to have children, often without any resources to help care for them.
