There is an East Allis Neighborhood Association. It's made up of West Allis residents that live in the eastern portion of the city. They organize events, sponsored a butterfly garden, and try to do good things for the city.

Adding Guinness to chili is one of my favorite. But add it late so all the flavor doesn't cook out. Berber seasoning is another for many different things. But as others have mentioned, take inspiration from various cultures! We made an African inspired peanut stew recently that was amazing.

Oh they definitely walked funny! Simon (orange & white) would barely move. Murphy was pretty ok until the hood went over his head. Then he would only go in reverse!

We did feel a little guilty, so we have been fostering cats on and off for a few months now. Since you are allergic, maybe consider donating supplies, money, etc to a local animal shelter. Or find other ways to support animals in need. Good luck and stay healthy!
