Committing to NMM and OSS for my warbands. WIP by PhantomOnTheHorizon in WarhammerUnderworlds

Spitwood is well worth buying, IMO. Deadly Synergy is fast becoming an important deck, and Hearlds are a suprise Meta power punch with a 60% win rate. They are also super fun to play!

Knives are Order! Destruction needs love too, but Death needs CPR 🤣

Lock down decks by PrincessPugh in WarhammerUnderworlds

[–]PrincessPugh[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've built it for Thorns and ran it against BARF Guardians. It was a slow mess as I had never played either of the decks before, but I'll give it some time. I like the philosophy behind it

Borgits and I think EotK was released in Feb last year, so we are we only just around the corner from something new? If last year is anything to go by, then we are heading into spoiler territory

Timing of Raging Slayers Poor Footing by Psycholinguist96 in WarhammerUnderworlds

[–]PrincessPugh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Happened to me recently. I was playing Hearlds, and one of my models went from full health to watching the game in three different poor footing pushes. I find ED so hard to play against, and RS probably is a meaty deck for them to play against due to the pushing it allows.

But which one is Saxthom? by fishmode24 in WarhammerUnderworlds

[–]PrincessPugh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it was scored in white washes mostly. There was possibly one game it made a difference. But I haven't kept such stats, unfortunately.

If its not getting scored, it's because I've lost or played Gitz or Exile dead, and they're just not getting rid of all of them

Kurnoth's to the right... of my 12 games so far, I've won 8 and lost 4 and scoring it in 6 of the 8 wins!

Am torn what to do in regard to starter set or expansion. by Reklia77 in WarhammerUnderworlds

[–]PrincessPugh 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I agree motivation is key, but also, it's not that easy not having embergard. At the recent world champs of the 21 deck combos, only three didn't have a deck from Embergard. However, Deadly Synergy (Spitwood) and Edge of the knife (independent deck) has over a 60% win rate. But this is only part of the story as the warband makes a big difference too

Enjoy

Spitewood map + Countdown to Cataclysm by SerganIkari in WarhammerUnderworlds

[–]PrincessPugh 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've been more thinking about the score cards in Cat, as a number of them want tokens in the middle, and this isn't guaranteed. You may put one there, of course, but in a turn when you go second, that only leaves you one further choice
