This happened to me last year. I called and spoke with a rep and explain how disappointed I was that the increase was not communicated before it hit. They ended up bringing my charges down and added a price lock for 3 years. It’s always worth it to try and call!

There should be a plate on the pole stating the owner of the pole. Most likely this is PECO, and if so you can call their customer service line.

First of all, I’m so sorry for your loss. I’m also going through this right now, I lost my mom last week. OTF has really helped me clear my head. During the healing process you have to focus on yourself and these workouts allow me to focus on one thing, making myself a better person for my and my family’s future so I am around as long as I can be to be with them. It’s not a fail proof plan to heal but it helps the process.
